Dr. Heithoff received his medical training from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines, Iowa. He completed his Internship and Orthopedic Surgery Residency at Garden City Hospital in Garden City, Mich. Dr. Heithoff then completed a Fellowship in joint replacement surgery at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Dr. Heithoff is the younger brother of Dr. Steven Heithoff. Dr. Heithoff joined our practice in 2002. Originally from Des Moines, Iowa, he now lives in Port Huron with his wife, Lynn, and their five children.
